  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute longer. 2. Increase the heat to medium high and add the tomatoes. Cook until the juices start to boil, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the flour over the top of the tomato mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for 2 minutes longer. 3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the tomato mixture. Cook until melted, about 1 minute. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place tomatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm or at room temperature
